Download and purchase support
For format details, start with the Download page, which explains the image count, file sizes, direct JPG access, paid TIF delivery and technical requirements. The JPG collection opens through a direct PikPak link and does not require checkout. For an existing TIF order, include your Creem order number, purchase email, payment date and a short description of the problem.
If a TIF payment succeeded but the collection link did not appear or no longer works, tell us what you see on screen and the device or browser you are using. We will verify the order and help restore access where appropriate.
Website and editorial corrections
We welcome precise corrections to article titles, names, transliterations, iconographic descriptions and image metadata. Please include the page URL, the text you believe should change, the corrected wording and a reliable supporting source. Clear references help us review suggestions efficiently.
Privacy and account safety
For privacy questions, data requests or concerns about information sent to TANGKAWORLD, email the same support address and use a clear subject line. Never send a complete payment-card number, card security code, password, PikPak login or other sensitive credentials.
