1. Who is involved

TANGKAWORLD operates the website, describes and delivers its Digital Products, delivers the purchased PikPak access link by email after verified payment, and provides product support. Privacy questions about TANGKAWORLD may be sent to [email protected].

Purchases are completed through Creem. Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, acts as merchant of record and contractual reseller, operates the checkout, processes payments, calculates and remits applicable indirect taxes, issues invoices, and manages payment administration. Creem processes buyer information under its own Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

2. Information TANGKAWORLD may collect

• Website and device data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and server logs.
• Contact information: your name, email address, message, attachments, and any information you choose to provide when requesting support.
• Order information received from Creem: customer name and email, product purchased, order, checkout or transaction identifier, payment status, price and currency, tax or location indicators, invoice or refund status, and limited fraud or dispute information when needed to fulfil or support an order.
• Delivery and support information: whether access was granted, download-link support history, technical error details, refund requests, and communications concerning the order.
• Usage and preference information: cookie choices and aggregated information about how visitors use the website, where such measurement is enabled.

TANGKAWORLD does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number, card security code, or complete payment-account credentials when Creem processes the transaction. Payment details entered at checkout are handled by Creem and its payment partners.

3. How information is collected

• directly from you when you contact us or submit support information;
• automatically through hosting, WordPress, security, cookies, and server logs when you use the website;
• from Creem when a checkout is created, completed, refunded, disputed, or otherwise updated; and
• from PikPak or another delivery provider when needed to investigate an access or technical problem, subject to that provider’s practices.

4. Why information is used

• to operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
• to verify Creem payment status before sending or restoring a paid PikPak link;
• to fulfil orders, provide purchased access, respond to support requests, replace failed delivery, and coordinate refunds through Creem;
• to prevent fraud, unauthorised link sharing, chargeback abuse, malware, and other harmful activity;
• to maintain transaction, support, accounting, and compliance records;
• to understand aggregated website usage and improve content and accessibility; and
• to comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of visitors, customers, TANGKAWORLD, Creem, and service providers.

5. Legal grounds where applicable

Depending on your location, we may process information because it is necessary to deliver a product or respond before or after a purchase, to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as website security, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement, or with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the applicable ground, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. Creem checkout and payment data

Creem is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Creem may request information such as your name, email address, billing address, tax status, and payment details. Creem determines what it needs to process payment, calculate applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or other indirect taxes, issue invoices, prevent fraud, handle refunds and disputes, and meet its legal obligations.

Creem may provide TANGKAWORLD with limited buyer and transaction information so we can identify the purchased product, confirm successful payment, deliver the PikPak link, provide support, investigate non-delivery, and coordinate a refund or dispute. We do not use Creem order data for unrelated advertising without an appropriate legal basis and notice.

7. PikPak delivery

After Creem confirms successful payment, TANGKAWORLD sends a private PikPak link for the purchased collection to the email address used at checkout. Opening that link takes you to a third-party service. PikPak may collect account, device, network, usage, and other information under its own terms and privacy practices. TANGKAWORLD does not control PikPak’s account systems, cookies, applications, or data retention.

8. Cookies, security, and analytics

WordPress, hosting, and security services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for login, preferences, fraud prevention, traffic protection, and website operation. If analytics or measurement tools are enabled, they may collect device and usage information to produce aggregated traffic reports. Where required, optional cookies will be used according to the choices presented to you. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect website functions.

9. When information may be shared

• Creem and its payment partners for checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, fraud review, refunds, and disputes;
• PikPak when you open the delivered link or when limited information is needed to resolve a delivery problem;
• hosting, WordPress, security, email, analytics, and technical providers where needed to operate and protect the website;
• professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend claims, or protect rights and safety; and
• a successor operator if the website or relevant business assets are reorganised or transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

We do not sell personal information for money. Service providers may process information only for the relevant service or under their own disclosed legal responsibilities.

10. International processing

TANGKAWORLD, Creem, PikPak, and other service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ. Where required, the responsible provider will use an appropriate legal mechanism or safeguard for an international transfer.

11. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfilment, support, link restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information and applicable requirements. Creem and PikPak determine their own retention periods under their respective policies.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the website and the information handled. No online service or transmission method is completely secure. Never send a complete card number, card security code, Creem password, PikPak password, or other sensitive credential to TANGKAWORLD support.

13. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to a privacy authority. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, disputes, or legal obligations.

Requests concerning Creem Checkout, invoices, payment credentials, or Creem’s Customer Portal may also need to be directed to Creem. Requests concerning a PikPak account should be directed to PikPak.

14. Children

The website and paid checkout are not directed to children who cannot legally enter into a purchase contract in their location. Do not place an order unless you have legal capacity or the valid involvement of a parent or guardian where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.

15. Third-party links

The website may link to Creem, PikPak, museums, archives, cultural institutions, and other third-party websites. Their privacy policies govern information they collect directly. A link does not make TANGKAWORLD responsible for the third party’s privacy, security, content, or availability.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, checkout, products, delivery process, providers, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
